The Tournament
The Sisters Play it Forward 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament takes place in the beautiful town of Sister, Oregon. This single-day tournament is our inaugural event with the intent to repeat annually. Our goal is to support and give back to the Sisters community. Attendees can enjoy food and beverages from local businesses as well as play and watch participants vie for prizes and bragging rights.
All participants will receive a tournament t-shirt. Prizes: second-place winners will receive a medallion for each team player, and first-place winners will win a champion medallion and a $20 gift certificate for each team member.
All 2026 proceeds will go to the Sisters Youth Athletics. For more information about the fund, please reach out.
Entry Rules
All players must register & sign a waiver
All players must be 8 years or older (based on age on day of event).
Waivers: You must have a waiver form for each player. It is advisable to fill out waivers online before the event. If not, you must sign a waiver during check on game day in order to be eligible to play. If players are under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must sign their waiver.
Proof of Age: Youth Players (ages 8-17) will need to provide proof of age (birth certificate, passport, driver's or state license, or show us their school parent portal via a web browser) for each player by uploading the documents here, or at registration check-in. Failure to do so will forfeit games until compliance is met. A date of birth must be visible. We will not accept a child's school grade as proof. Please forward link to participant parents as needed.
Play Up Waiver: To be signed by a parent or guardian if your child (8-17) will be playing up in an older bracket.
